“What a wonderful group of caring people. The staff of Brighton Hospice were there for our mother during the last week of her life. They cared for her, made sure she was comfortable and pain free and they contacted us every step of the way to let us know how she was doing. They also brought in their Chaplain to care for her spiritual needs before she passed on. What a positive experience this was during a difficult time in her life and ours. “The Brighton Brookfield, WI team has been amazing from the moment my mom entered hospice care. The Case Manager handled her needs immediately upon arrival. Anna (her nurse) and Kadeija (her CNA) have been front line during these challenging times. Anna has managed mom's cares and promotes communication between Brighton and Brookdale and family...especially during this difficult "isolated" time. Amid assisting with mom's physical cares, they have looked deeper into her person and meet needs such as socialization, relationship, compassion, and spirituality. They have shared sunshine outdoors when possible, family window visits, Facetimes, phone calls and reading her comfort booklets and letters. We all appreciate the pictures that the team shares with us, too. My mom expresses gratitude for Brighton and we appreciate all of the help and sincere kindnesses. Our entire Brighton Hospice experience has been nothing but positive as the staff continues to demonstrate professionalism, sincerity and compassion. This organization is blessed to have such gifted employees. Thank you.

“Brighton exceeded my expectations! I would recommend Brighton to anyone in need of their services. I don't know what I would have done without them! Caring for a loved one at home, especially a mother, was not easy in the sense that you watched their decline on a daily basis. I so appreciate everyone that came to assist me, be it Chelsea, Kelly, Amy, Nicole, and the two wonderful, caring, and loving Aides that cared for Mom, Flay and Kaycee! These girls were the best! They cared so much for my mother. They told her stories and laughed so much together! Also, a special mention for Justin. Justin, thank you for visiting and praying with us. So appreciated!
