My Motivation – Vickie Shaw
What happens after a patient’s 45 days in rehab is crucial to their long term recovery. This is where Vickie Shaw makes a huge difference in the treatment of her patients. As the Lead Case Manager at Brighton, Vickie’s main responsibility is to help patients setup after care for when they graduate from their residential program. Vickie also assists patients with obtaining typical life skill needs such as getting back to work or budgeting. Seeing the strength and resilience of her patients is Vickie’s motivation to keep showing up, day after day.
